At Nuvorie, we make a small line of products for dogs with separation anxiety. We want them to bring real comfort to your home — and we know that comfort can be hard to predict before you try.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a full refund. The Burrow Bed comes in one size (L) — if it doesn't fit your dog, email us within 30 days for a refund. Return shipping is free on US/UK orders.
Burrow Bed
Returns accepted within 30 days if the bed is in like-new condition. Light pet hair is fine; heavy use, stains, or odors will reduce or void the refund. We inspect each return and respond within 5 business days of receipt.
Slow-Lick Tile
For hygiene reasons, the Slow-Lick Tile cannot be returned once it has been used by your pet. We will exchange or refund any defective tile — if the silicone tears, peels, or fails within 30 days, contact us for a full refund or replacement.
Refund Without Return (Damaged or Low-Value Items)
For damaged products or items where the return shipping cost exceeds the product value, we may issue a refund or replacement without requiring you to ship the item back. We make this call case-by-case, in your favor when the situation is genuine.
First Use Guarantee
If your dog explores the product but ultimately rejects it within the first 30 days, email us with a short note (and a photo if you have one). Bean believes in his stuff. We'll work something out — partial refund, exchange, or store credit.
Defects, Damage, and Mistakes
Refunds or replacements at no cost are issued when: the product arrives damaged or defective; you receive the wrong item; items are missing from your order; you were charged twice. For shipping-related issues, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email support@nuvorie.shop with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item if relevant. 2. We respond within 1 business day with next steps. For physical returns, we send a prepaid label (US/UK) within 24 hours of approval. 3. Pack the item in original packaging if possible. 4. Refund processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return (or after we approve a refund-without-return).
What's Not Refundable
• Slow-Lick Tile after pet use (exchanges only for defects) • Items returned after the 30-day window • Items damaged by use beyond reasonable wear • Original shipping fees, unless we made the shipping mistake • Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees paid at delivery (these are non-recoverable from us)
International Returns
Because our items ship from international fulfillment partners, return shipping for international orders may be more complex than for US/UK addresses. In most cases, we'll guide you through the simplest option — often a refund-without-return for non-defective lower-value items. Contact us first; we'll make it work.
